Nareel Island is a master plan development meant to elevate your senses in upscale and luxurious residential, leisure and tourism resort-level destination. The ambiance provides a tranquil, yet active, family-friendly neighborhood on the coast in Al Bateen in Abu Dhabi. The two connected islands spread across a vast area and feature lagoons for swimming, open parks, a clubhouse, private beach clubs, and grand green spaces amidst retail conveniences.
This waterfront development includes a luxury villa complex, a five-star hotel, club, and marina that includes integrated residential, commercial, and retail features. The centerpiece for the island is a unique saltwater lagoon feature that provides shade to recreational users from planted coconut trees within the lagoon itself. Nareel Island offers a highly sought-after and unique lifestyle destination, designed to attract, and respect the Emirati community as well as the expatriates’ culture and way of living. Key aims of this project are to develop neighborhoods through the creation of a high-quality buildings and features, and to reduce the necessity to travel - particularly travel by private car - for the purposes of recreation and access to services and amenities.
