METICULOUS is leading conceptualization and design efforts for an Adaptive Re-use of an existing library into a new corporate headquarters and mixed-use development. Key drivers for re-imagining the project are including prominent community space, incorporating separate tenant spaces, clear delineation between work/public space, incorporating flexible workstations, and accommodating hybrid work models. The team is maximizing opportunity to bring the outside in providing daylighting through exterior facade enhancements.
