The ACE Hardware store project is a Retail Development of a single story with part mezzanine level and an outdoor garden center. The scope of services included concept design through to full bidding documentation, permitting and approvals, and construction supervision.

The exterior materials were selected to the same standard and design to that of the adjacent IKEA store. The integration and access within and outside the development and creation of a complete and sustainable destination were deemed to be critical success factors. The design of the ACE Hardware store achieved 1 Pearl Estidama rating.
