The concept for the Kentucky Ave Senior Living development focused on addressing the residential needs of seniors and creating a vibrant connection along the commercial corridor. The creation of an internal ‘main street’ streetscape and opportunities for plazas, pocket parks, and roof terraces were a central theme for the overall planning of the site.

The design solution has a range from 175-190 possible residential units, 3 buildings 4 stories each create the backdrop and framework for the internal spaces.  A National Brand Hotel will occupy one of the buildings, while 35,000 Sq.Ft. of Retail space is planned for the public side corner.
