The concept for the State Ave and Washington Street Mixed-use development focused on addressing the residential context through scale and rhythm, within the façade.  Patterns and material texture were used to create a vibrant but simple solution.

The design solution for the 60 unit residential building focuses on studying the façade massing to address the corner site and to create a sense of variation to break down the rectilinear form.  Accented spine wall, roof terraces, and recessed balconies create elements of interest and depth to the design.  14,000 Sq.Ft. of Retail space is planned in a Phase 2 of the development.
