Masdar Headquarters is one of the most advanced, sustainable multi-use complexes in the United Arab Emirates.
The building is anticipated to exceed the high standards set for the development in terms of energy efficiency and resource consumption and aims to produce more energy than it consumes. The building takes its cue from centuries of indigenous architecture, marrying historically successful building strategies for the desert climate with the latest technology and innovative building systems, including some developed especially for the Masdar headquarters. The 7-story facility will be approximately 1.5 million Sq.Ft. and will include a conference center as well as 43,000 Sq.Ft. of mixed-use space.
