The concept solution for the 21 Unit Lotus Condominiums development is based on the Asian themed lotus flower.  The use of a butterfly style roof and natural wood materials seek to provide an experience of warmth and a connection to nature.

The design solution incorporates the study of each façade and the function behind it, to determine the solar impact on the building and how that affects the end-user.  Maximizing space on the site to create a welcoming presence with landscaping, human scale and elegant proportions was an important aspect of the solution.
