Meticulous was engaged as Architect of Record to provide six(6) facility assessments and conduct internal stakeholder focus groups. We were also tasked to create exciting conceptual designs to help ensure community‐wide funding support. As the architect of record, Meticulous simultaneously provided full architectural design services, including construction oversight on a total of six  (6) separate school renovation projects. 

Our engagement involved leading extensive facility assessments and collaborative project programming efforts prior to any design work.
