Meticulous was engaged with various teams to provide full architectural design and construction oversight services on a total of ten (10) separate school renovation projects. Our engagement involved leading extensive and collaborative project programming efforts prior to any design work. Detailed stakeholder needs assessments were catalogued and prioritized per project.

PROJECT SCOPE: From 40,000 Sq.Ft. to 120,000 Sq.Ft.

SERVICES: In association with R.E. Dimond & Associates (MEP), Axis Architecture and Carson Design.

Meticulous provided Architectural Design, Design  Production, Interiors, Code Compliance Evaluations,  and Construction Oversight.

COMPLETED: Fall, 2011, Ten (10) Projects completed individually ranging 12-18 months staggered over 36 months.
