The new residential development is composed of 2 standalone 4-story buildings with designated amenities, a leasing office, and laundry facilities.  The buildings contain a total of 206 units, 200 are one bedroom/one bathroom units and 6 are two bedroom/two bathroom units.  The design includes 24 fully accessible units with 12 of them providing TTY communication services for the hearing- and visually- impaired residents.  The project is located in the Harbor district of East Chicago, Indiana, situated on 2 plots of land covering 3.61 acres.

The fully accessible apartments all have roll-in showers and grab bars at the toilets and showers.  The kitchens have accessible sinks and workspaces, and all appliances meet ADA requirements.
