EZZ Steel, the leading steel producer in the Middle East and North Africa, producing products for international markets, held an international design competition for its new corporate headquarters in Cairo, Egypt. Meticulous’ Design Principal, in association with RW Armstrong International, created the winning headquarters design.

The project consists of a 30-story corporate building that includes two underground parking levels, ground level, mezzanine level, and twenty-eight corporate office levels. The design for this tower stems from the idea that a very simple form can be quite elegant and create a landmark building.
