The new Headquarters building for Al Qudra Holding building consists of 8 office floors and 2 basement levels for car parking to accommodate 110 cars. The project is located on a plot area of approximately 103,000 Sq.Ft. (9,600 Sq.Mt.) The building is modern and innovative, yet distinguishable and monumental.  The building has been designed to incorporate contextually integrated sustainable and environmental features.  The design assisted in achieving the Client’s goals and requirements.
