Operating  mainly  in  the  United  States,  Panda  Express  is  the  largest  American‐Chinese  restaurant  business  in America. s  a national  brand  Quick  Service  Restaurant  (QSR)  Panda  began  rolling  out  its  new  “Bright  and  Fresh”  prototype  store  in  the summer  of  2012.  Beginning  in  Dallas,  TX  Panda  relied  on  its  network of approved general contractors to construct the new stores nationwide  with  each  store  having  to  meet  stringent  

construction start to open schedules between 90 and 104 days. Meticulous  was  hired  by  an  Indianapolis  based  General  Contractor  to  manage  the  construction  of  stores  in  Northern and Central Indiana as the prime construction manager. Utilizing Cloud  based  project  management  software,  and  process  management  expertise,  Meticulous  successfully  completed multiple stores on schedule.
