The McDonald's Corporation is the world's largest chain of

hamburger fast food restaurants, serving around 68 million

customers daily in 119 countries. As the worlds leading

international brand Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) McDonalds continually updates, and rebuilds its brand stores to comply with the most recent prototypes and design standards for the Corporation. Each store project is unique in that it must stay open to the public at all times during a “Major Remodel”, or it must open for business between 90 and 110 days from start of the construction for new stores. Meticulous was hired by an Indianapolis based General Contractor to manage the construction of stores throughout Indian and Kentucky as the prime construction manager. Utilizing Cloud based project management software, and process management expertise, Meticulous successfully completed multiple stores on schedule.
